These minerals include magnesium, potassium, calcium, bromine, sodium, strontium, iodine, zinc and magnesium. One of the benefits of this type of sea salt is that it helps in relaxing the sphincter muscle that controls the rise of blood pressure.
There are different ways to prepare sea salt and table salt. It is recommended to use them in the appropriate forms according to their individual uses. Table salt should be mixed with water while sea salt should be mixed with lukewarm water. In case of table salt, the minerals should not be substituted for sodium chloride because they lose its mineral components when heated.
